I mean to build up by arrival? From parking to being ready to sit down.
We have a full porch awning, if you can call it this way.
It's one of the type of porch awning where the sides being attached to poles and not to the caravan if you know what I mean.
As I have to make it doggy run away proofed we using windbreakers and some kind of pen cage system, so all in all, get the van ready for use, the awning, the awning interior, TV set up and she makes the beds we usualy need 1 to 1.5 hours for set up.
By departure it takes usualy 1 hour with washing up, etc, so stuff which stays in the van can stay in it when we get home without touching it again.
Just wondering.
I reduced the amount on stuff we taken with us for this reason, leaving the unessesary items at home so less clutter.lol
4 to 6 hours, depending if I feel like rushing or not. I prefer a leisurely set up. Sometimes I would leave the windbreak and tarp until the next day, depending how I feel.
The tent has nearly 40 pegging points and takes a lot of efforts to pitch. However, it is solid as a rock once up.
I am looking at replacing with a tent that takes much less efforts to pitch for next year, so that I can continue to enjoy camping under canvas for longer.

Full set up with camp kitchen and all stuff laid out as it should be, toilet set up and sims out with sleeping bags on, with both wife and myself working (and a little input from the small human) it can be done in under 2 hours. The tent and tarp only take about 30-45 mins of that time to put up, that helps! If we only go away for the weekend, we can nearly halve that.
Legs down porch awning up all connected to water electric ect, kettle on plus a quick chat 45 mins. I timed us last weekend and that includes chsirs, table cupboards up in awning.
Caravan onto pitch, legs down, water container filled and waste container in place, toilet set up, EHU plugged in and windbreaks up = 20 minutes.
I would say no more than 30-40 minutes if I put the awning up.
Caravan on a seasonal pitch with awning left up so connect electrics fetch water connect waste (DH jobs). Unpack food and clothes (my jobs). Altogether about 15 minutes!
An hour from opening the boot to sitting down with the first beer, that's to get the tent up, all the furniture unpacked and in and to be able to relax
