Hi,

Having a right old time finding roof bars to fit our Zafira. It has integrated rails (i.e you can't get a hand through or under them) and they are the type with 4 location holes on either side. The ones I have found have fixing instructions which look nothing like our car!

Are there any Zafira owners who have used roof bars, or does anyone else have any advice on this one? Since adding a fridge we are defo going to need a roof box!

Hi we had an Astra estate with the same roof rails as you
When we bought our roof bars the were a universal type then we needed a fitting kit which are plastic blocks which clamp onto the roof rails then the roof bars fit onto these plastic blocks
Hope this makes sense
When we bought ours of eBay we just gave them our reg number and they did the rest

What year is your Zafira?

If you go on to the halfords website you can enter your car reg no and it will tell you which bars fit your car.

Then scour eBay fir the same bars as you should find them much cheaper

I have a Zafira (63 plate) It has the roof gutters you describe plus the four holes per side to fix roof bars into.

I got our roof bars 'thrown in' when we bought the car, however, they cost about £120 from Mr Vauxhall

Very simple to fit as they have a clamp system with two pegs per side that locate into the holes. They then have a cover cap that locks over that clamp for extra safety.

Try the roofbox company they've got plenty ranging from £60 to over £200.

We used to have a Zafira a few years ago, we got a set of bars and a roof box from here and amazingly they're still doing the same deal.

I think roof bars for this car where supplied with the car when bought new, i would imagine there are lots of people out there that have bought this model and not used the supplied roof bars, app £150 if bought from them as an accessory, after car purchase
Try placing an add on this site, of on a Vauxhall owners site.
Thule also make bars for this car, with a Vauxhall spec fitting kit, Halfords.
