Hi, does anyone know how to attach the above vestibule/awning to the actual tent? 3 camping holidays and we are still clueless! I did speak to Kampa a while back and they were nice but not helpful, I have also FB them and await reply, so any ideas will be great! Thanks

Hi
Kampa did have an instruction sheet for fixing the vestibules if you still have your tent instructions it may be on there or behind the picture on the vestibule bag.

If its the same as our Kampa Holkham vestibule we undo the front forward facing guy ropes and lay the front back against the tent this makes it easier to put the vestibule over this pole. On the INSIDE there is a guy rope either side to attach to the bottom of each tent pole these have adjusters to tension to keep the material tight over the tent. There are also velcro tabs the attach to the front tent pole. The 2 tent guy ropes on the front either side can be used inside the vestibule but the centre one cant. Now the vestibule and front pole can be pulled forward and pegged out. We use an extra tent clip with an addition guy line on the front to pull the whole thing tight. Bit of practice and its quite easy

I did the same as above when I had mine, one to say USE THE CLIPS as mine came of a couple of times in the rain but with the clips it works a treat.

Thanks, what you describe makes sense & the pic really helped! I am looking forward to using the well travelled, unused vestibule now! Thanks again
