I brought a can of Carrefour Anti Volants Mouches, Moustiques. Action Immediate.
Mosquitos got inside my flysheet all the time and they got inside the inner tent when I went in. It is very difficult to get to sleep in a tent buzzing with mosquitos, better to spray and kill them. I generally dislike killing things but bloodsuckers are an exception.
On Sunday night a mosquito got into my house in Kent, I awoke with 3 bites on my elbow on Monday morning grrrr. The nearby Isle of Grain used to be malarial, people used to die of the Ague there.
I really hate inhaling insects and wear a neoprene dust mask while cycling along the Thames and Medway Canal cycle path.
