Hello All, I've just bought my first tourer - a lovely little Bailey Oakmere 520/2. It's fab but I really can't make head nor tail of the awning. It seems to be the original one because the colours match the van but the two sides don't reach the floor fully and the poles are a total mystery. I gather they used to be spring loaded but now they're just a jumble of differnent sizes. I couldn't even work out where the poles ought to go, let alone which ones. Can anyone direct me to some instruction that might help?

Your best idea is to lay the poles out on the ground to where you would think they would go in the awning before you put it up.

Thanks bobmel for the link to those instructions - I think I have some bits missing, particularly the bracket thingy's it talks about. Also, there doesn't seem to be two poles of a similar size???? Ronni54, I assume it's the same as the van, a Bailey. The colours seem to match - cream and maroon.
