I suppose it depends what it's for..and how much you want to spend?
But be aware that some sites wont allow gazebos..
Of the two, I'd opt for a utility/dayroom tent..

Having said we use a Quechua Base tent,...not the cheapest, nor overly large but they're a handy, easy to deploy, piece of kit.
