Hi..Matt
We don't have a Coleman stove but as it's dripping anyway(and therefore probably unusable?), can't it just be stripped down to have a look?
...if it is just an O ring or fibre washer of sorts, I would've thought you'd be able to source something compatible..
For starters ebay-
O Rings Fibre washers
As long as you make sure that they're okay for use with petrol, if you're competent/confident enough, it seems worth having a fiddle about with at those prices...

what ever you do don't use it as i did stupidly and nearly burned down the tent.
i through mine away and was annoyed when i learned its a known issue with age, just a broken seal that you can buy cheaply.

Not sure where you are located, But I recommend Andy Eddy (Bleadon Camping Spares), who Coleman themselves recommend him. He is very good, and very reasonably price. I am lucky enough to live just up the road from him, and I Periodically drop my stoves round for a service.

E mail address: bcscampingspares at btinternet.com
Please note the Camping gaz website has his old email address, the correct one is on the Coleman Site)
I hope this helps.

James,
Sorry, I am not sure, as I have got more used to my stoves, I have felt more confident doing basic servicing myself, and as such not used him for a few years.
I am struggling to find his ebay shop, so it may be the case that he may no longer be trading. I would drop him an email or give him a call, and see whether you get a response (and Provide everyone with an update)
Thanks
Nathan
