We are looking for an awning for our "new to us" van and the dealer had a Walker brocher, they have an awning that we are interested in as seems really light but we have never heard of them.
We have a Walker Weekender which is very good and not heavy as we have aluminium poles.
Dutch campers, who have commented on our choice, were all in favour of the company. Many say they are superior to Isabella but that didn't mean anything to us.
Try to source them in this country through anyone else but Jeff Bowen. They are really just a postbox for Walkers and are unhelpful. Try approaching direct to company who all speak excellent English
I have had recent telephone dealings with Jeff Bowen to buy some extras for my second hand Walker Awning. He was helpful, pleasant and knocked money off my order. I would recommend him and would buy from him again. Perhaps you got him on an off day Stuart.
It was probably just an off week and he really is a pussycat.
It was that we were left without an awning in the South of France because he had not given us the correct information nor number of poles. It took a call to Walkers in Holland to get it sorted out.
I was thinking they looked more like Isabella, link to Walker Awnings UK
------------- XVI yes?
As well is two words!
How does a sage know everything about everything? or does he? or does he just think he does?
Remember, if you buy something you bought it, not brought it.
