We've used neither of those, but we have used an old Easicanopy for a few years now..

It's fine when the weather isn't too unkind but, as I should imagine with anything with an open front and/or sides, it can act as a sail in blustery conditions.

Just looking again at those that you have linked to..and to be honest, you may as well opt for a lightweight  "porch version" of them..eg

Swift 260  etc

I can't vouch for that Swift porch quality-wise, as we've never had one but thatstyle of design does offer good  "flexibility" of use...

Another problem with anything that is open fronted(or that can only be accessed through the front), is that "on-site" you can find yourself facing straight into your "neighbour's " van/awning/bbq picnic area etc(..and them, into yours..)
