Oxter, we need something we can click ( a bit like a car key fob)and it will alarm the van when we are leaving our campsite to visit places when we are away touring. I am not very technical but am concerned to make sure it is not something that automatically activates when someone is near to the van and therefore becomes a nuisance to fellow caravanners and campers.We just would like something that activates when someone actually tries to break into the van. I am hoping we can get something that will sit on the outside of the caravan door ? Hope this makes sense, Many thanks.

Most folk seem more worried about the caravan itself being towed away.
