I'm looking for a new used van on the caravan club web site.but when I see what I'm looking for and email them for more info I get no reply. Can anybody tell me why.?

I had this with a few classified ads, I emailed, phoned and left messages, but never had a reply weeks later. I presume they had sold the caravan but not taken the Advert off.

This is in the main what made us buy from a dealer.

Having the same issue with someone selling a car on another website.

They posted pictures and a few weeks later bumped it up saying they need to sell.

5 days ago i left a comment and no response. I sent them a private message the day after, thinking they will get a notification of that and still no reply.

Obviously dont need to sell it that quickly.

You may have the problem i had on a site advert where it said E-mail advertiser.I sent 3 to this person and no reply.Eventually i phoned him and he answered phone straight away.I said i had sent him 3 mails and he said he had no PC, was not on broadband and had no E-mail address, the add site states E-mail even if you are only on phone.
