I am thinking of getting a mover fitted to my caravan. can someone tell me what is the max incline a mover will work safely on ie; going down a drive.

I would have thought that that would depend on the make of the mover, the weight of the caravan and whether it is a twin axle or not.
Why not ask the manufacturers. Even if they are a bit optimistic at least you will have some idea.
Personally I use a Truma on a twin axle and have never had a problem. Having said that, I can't ever recall the need to use it on much of a slope.

Our old caravan only weighed 1000kg and the mover coped alright on our sloped drive.

I have a Powrtouch HD motormover fitted to my caravan. It weighs between 1100kg - 1200kg when loaded.
I also have a very steep drive and the mover copes brilliantly but as other poster said, it does depend how steep and weight of caravan.

Edit..My drive is slightly steeper than one shown in photo.
