I would have thought that that would depend on the make of the mover, the weight of the caravan and whether it is a twin axle or not.
Why not ask the manufacturers. Even if they are a bit optimistic at least you will have some idea.
Personally I use a Truma on a twin axle and have never had a problem. Having said that, I can't ever recall the need to use it on much of a slope.
