Since they take up little space when packing, possibly.
But remember that you will need prolonged warm sunlight and you'll need a way of lifting and supporting probably 20+ litres (ie 20+kg) of water to a height getting on for three metres, unless you can rig some kind of pump and extend the hose so you only need to fasten the shower head at 2m or so!
I use my solar shower as a means to heat water for free rather than as a fully functioning shower.
As pointed out above, you would need to lift it to quite a height and have it well supported (20litres of water is heavy!) to actually use it as a shower. Realistically, when camping, that isn't a viable option.
I fill mine about 2/3 full in the morning and then put it on the car roof. By late afternoon I have enough warm water for a good strip wash - I just pour the water into a trug.
we took ours to Kinnloch Rannock at Easter and thought it was a waste of time, water never really got beyond lukewarm. Then I accidently left it in the car taking it to the Vendee in July 38oC in the shade and the water was scolding hot so much so I'm surprised the thing didn't burst. The washing up sinks became really busy as the site filled up so we used it for washing dishes (putting in plenty of cold as well) Never used as a shower though.
