I'd like a double burner gas stove with no grill. Ideally I'd like the rings to have different outputs. I'd pretty much decided on the Campingaz Camping Kitchen but I can't find any stock anywhere? I'm presuming that maybe it's been discontinued?

Can anyone suggest any alternatives please?

I have the caminggaz Vario double burner, the grill isn't great but the double burners are regulated.

Guess they're probably concentrating on the reputedly more efficient Xcelerate range!

This any good (with your own windshield of course) ?

campingaz camping kitchen here but cheaper with the griddle attachment too here.

Or for a little extra you can get the Campingaz camping kitchen extra stove.

I think you are right, I have the campingaz camping kitchen extra and bought it in a clerance for £40 two years ago.

The below I believe would be the nearest to it.

Hi Pinkpigeon. I have tried many cookers over the years. For backpacking it will always be the trangia. For static camping I have finally settled on the Primus 2 ring burner. To avoid causing any potential upsets, I will state now that we all want different thing from camping. For me camping is about keeping things simple. So no EHU, no freezers, etc. the two ring burner is brilliant as it is portable. Fancy sitting in the sun and having a brew up? Windy and rainy? Then move it under cover. Campsite with tables? Then cook the evening meal outdoors. It is very versatile, light and powerful. Cons. As it uses screw on gas cylinders it can be more expensive. However I have found if you buy them in bulk and haggle a bit it works out cheaper than the big camping Gaz cylinders. They don't deal with wind that well, but most cookers don.t and it is easy to move it into cover. My friends and family have now started to move to these cookers now due to the lightweight, size and versatility of them.

Hi we use a
Cadac 2 cook delux it's got 2 burners and comes with a flat plate and a griddle plate that can sit over the rings think we paid about £60 and run it off a 3.9kg propane bottle
Great piece of kit
