I bought one Aldi's 5-pole £29.99 windbreaks yesterday. I must say, it is fantastic quality, really pleased with it. However, It came with 5 x black "C" shaped clips with little "pimples" either side, which fit on the poles. Does any one have idea what their function might be ?

Are they anything to do with attaching the windbreak to awning channel on a caravan?

Nothing to do with attaching to a caravan, or joining up with another windbreak pole. Think it must be the suggestion of Kate's, to stop the fabric sliding up and down the poles.
