Hi, we have a Trio sport awning but the rubber parts where the roof attaches to the caravan are missing.

I'm not sure what they are called so i am having difficulty in finding the correct parts. can anyone help me out?

Do you mean the pads / fixings, which the roof poles fit into? Are they metal poles?
