This is the first chance I've had to post this,we had a wasted trip out to Riversway Leisure on Sunday.We have been there in the past on a Sunday,but this time we arrived to find it is no longer open.Posted this so no-one else has a wasted journey.

When did you last go, before this? I thought it had been closed since about the end of the 2013 season?

Todds Mobile leisure on coote lane Lostock Hall Preston have a great caravan and camping shop. They are only 15 minutes from Riversway Leisures old premises

Yeah, I knew the website was still up, but is that not run from Coventry? (Look at the goods returns address.)

What I meant in my first post was that the Preston premises, as a shop, had closed.

Have to agree with pnefan that Todds is worth a visit but be aware that it's closed on Sundays. If you head there, don't miss Campbells caravans. It's only a few minutes from Todds.

Just to drift off topic for a second - I see on their website that Riversway accept payment by PayPal.

In his weekly e-mail Martin Lewis in his `Money-saving expert` column warns about using a credit card for PayPal payments as your aren`t covered under Section 75 rights on purchases over £100.00. In view of what happened when Riversway in Preston closed it may make sense to use a credit card direct just in case the same happens again, at least then you have redress against the credit card company.
