Finally getting around to buying the pizza stone and the lid for the above, only think I may have left it too late for the lid. Can't seem to find it for sale anywhere I have searched. Anyone else know where it can be bought? I have looked extensively I think but just in case...
TIA

If I can't find the lid, is there any point buying the pizza stone as my impression is that it works alongside the lid being on i.e. like an oven.
If that turns out to be the case then I think I would just get the smaller paella pan (36cm) which I think will fit???

Did you not get a lide with the original Cadac Safari. I think they usually come with a lid/wok.

I have a distant memory that at the time I bought mine, they sold it as the cooker part, pot stand and griddle alone too as that is what I bought for the bargain price of around £15 at Tesco at the time. Always intended to buy the lid as was available as an accessory but never got around to it unfortunately. Not a total disaster as will just get the paella pan which I am fairly sure I have seen but would have liked the pizza stone too....will just have to get that for the carri chef we have!

Sounds like what you have is the mini chef, maybe a wok lid would work?
