Hi all,well we have just returned from a weekend trip ,the first time I've been able to use our new air dream 400 porch awning.Befor we bought the awning I tried to find reviews,to no avail ,so I thought I would let you all know what I think,Brilliant!,and at a price that won't break the bank.£449.this weekend we had high winds,it hardly budged,easy to erect,good quality construction,practical design and loads of space.all in all I can recommend this awning ,and at the price they ask ,it makes me wonder why the more mainstream brands are so expensive.by the way,I also own a kampa rally pro and a Ventura Atlantic,so we are used to quality,and in my opinion the airdream is well worth considering.

Just been away for half term, and so The Camptech Air Dream 400 pitched on site... Looked excellent... Just wondered if you have had any problems with the awning... I am after an Air Awning... was Thinking Vango or Kampa... But for the Money.. This looks ideal.. I will be using it for a week at the Most... But mainly for weekends away..Just wondered were you purchased the awning from..or would you wait for the 2016 version to be released??

Hi didn't you have problems with condensation, seams leaking, deflation do I have to go on!!!!
Returned mine back to them and got a refund. The old saying is true "you pay for what you get"
I hope you are the lucky one.

We use a Prestina Air 390 - it cost £379 from a northern caravan dealer of note very close to a flat and NH racecourse and a bridge.

It has been fantastic, stable , good build quality and no probs in wind and rain.

At said dealership you can see this make next to the much vaunted much more expensive ones and I for one was hard pressed to see the reason the much vaunted cost almost double because it wasn't obvious from inspection.

Kampa ? Vango ? pah! single point inflation = single point deflation in the event of a puncture!

Still to each their own!

We bought a Camptech full awning and that was returned too. Leaked like you wouldn't believe and the zips were awful. We even phoned the dealer while we were on holiday. They offered us an exchange no trouble though.

We replaced it with a Bradcot Aspire 390 air awning. Won't be trying it until April, hope we haven't made the wrong decision.

We've just ordered an Outwell Air Awning - Can't wait now - hope its as good as their tents.
