Hi all
Dare I complain about outwell on here?
I have the wolflake 7 which I think is the best family tent on the market imo.
We had a storm on site once and my family slept soundly warm and dry
Next day half the tents on site had collapsed.
Any way one day I tried to erect the tent on my own for pre holiday inspection and in the ''hoof up' snapped a pole. FYI this tent cannot be got up with one person.
So I have tried to in vain to replace one pole , outwell only refer you to dealers and dealers (who there is only a limited number) don't want to know.
I have had the said pole welded up , and it's held so far but I would like to replace it. It is a weak link in another wise bomb proof tent. It also hasn't welded true so is stretching the canvas out of shape slightly.
I have even watched eBay for a spairs and repair wolflake I can rob a pole from.
I do feel at the price and with the reputation of outwell they ought to,operate there own spares department.
Any suggestions
Regards
John
