A cheap tarp, from B and Q?
When we had a caravan we found the best groundsheet was Isabella Bolon. It's tough, durable and breathable, so no need for layers.

you will find that most sites require the use of a breathable ground sheet, anything under that will defeat the point of having it. on hardstanding you don't need anything under it, it will be perfectly fine

We just use our breathable groundsheet on gravel hard-standings with no problems.
