My griddle pan has a folding handle and is made by Sunncamp:
Bacons are normally cooked last just before I cook the egg(s) in the flat pan.

If you are on electric hook up you could consider one of these griddle pans which operates on 1300 watts. It has a drip tray underneath to catch any excess fat and so easy to clean too. I use a drop of hot washing up water and apply with pastry brush on the surface area so not to damage the non stick surface.
I recently purchased one earlier this year and extremely pleased with it.
We take a George forman Grill with us, the one with the flat plate section for cooking eggs and pancakes on, its soo versitile, we can make toasties on it and even cook a few oven chips, without any risk of oil splattering everywhere.
