Hi everyone

I'm looking for a bit of advice here.

Just been away for the first time in our Compass Pentara 460/2.

A couple of glitsches - one of which is that the cold tap on the mixer taps in the kitchen sink doesn't work.

All the others work in bathroom, shower and hot tap so I know the whale pump is working.

Any ideas or tips gratefully received before I get my screwdriver out !!

Thanks

Not yet.
Have tried to look at it and it looks like it could be the microswitch which will need me having to take apart bits of the under sink cupboard to get at the mechanism........unless you know of an easier way !!

cheers

If it's the microswitch, that would also affect the hot water - I think, but to access the microswitch, there's a small plug on the top of the tap which yo can easily pop out using a fine blade or craft knife. Unscrew the philips screw hidden under that and simply pull the handle off the tap. The m/s is there.
