bailey oakmere is the model of your caravan it has nothing to do with the awning at all, what make and model is the awning? are you totally sure you have the right poles in the right places?

you can contact isabella but I really do think you just have the poles set out wrong. try watching this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KAHUyBZguSQ if that fails contact isbella and ask them to send you out the instructions for your awning first
