Hello--we already have an Avtex TV but it is getting a bit too small for the old eyes!!-- so we have been looking at one of these-does anyone have one or have any comments about it. cheers gary

We have the L217 DRS and it is very good. I like the built in satellite receiver as it save having and extra box.

Hi David, does the Avtex have a Freesat Satellite Tuner, or is it just a FTA Satellite and Terrestrial Tuner.

I believe that the Avtex will let you Pause/Rewind Live TV and Record satellite programs if you add SD/Memory Stick or External Hard Drive, just wondering if you have done this, and what are your thoughts on the functionality, compared to say Sky+ and or Freesat+.

This is the spec, does it answer your question? To be honest I have never tuned it in on satellite as this was done by the installer. Perhaps I should as I have no ITV HD!!!
