Yes, same problem here. Our Rally Pro 330 was so twisted the first time I put it up that one pole had a kink in it that started to tear the air tube where the zip is stitched in. I was highly unimpressed. Luckily I was able to argue for a replacement from the dealer.
The advice I have seen is to ensure the poles are not twisted before fully inflating the awning. The outer sleeve can be unzipped to allow the tubes to be twisted back into position before zipping up and fully inflating. However, do NOT unzip the INNER sleeve whilst the tubes are inflated, otherwise the air bladder can burst. There is even a video from Kampa on Youtube demonstrating how to do this. Search for "Kampa Awning Air Poles Adjustment".
I made sure the poles weren't twisted on the replacement awning and it went up a lot better, although there is still a slight inward bend to the poles. Having said that, I've only put it up once so far and perhaps a little practice will help.
