I believe my first purchase of the year was the 2x6m cotton tarp to use with the pyramid tent and has been great (well once it was fabsiled).
Then an old 6 man canvas tent which was too small for our winter camping so sold that and bought an 8 man canvas frame tent which has yet to be used.
I really liked the obelink Ambassador kitchen unit but it's too big to pack in with all the other gear we take.
I sold the 4m bell tent as it just didn't get the attention it required, was going to be my single parent camping tent but decide I could sell it and get something else (lighter) but when what I wanted didn't happen I picked up a Gelert Corona at a car boot last weekend for £30 as an emergency fix (went away this weekend with the children while hubby was at work). It did the job but even the eldest mentioned it wasn't as good as any of the canvas tents we've had for keeping warm in the cold or cool in the heat so still looking.
Whilst away this weekend I met up with my brother who had picked up a second hand Coleman duel fuel stove for me.

Two new chairs because we hadn't realised how how much our two boys had grown. Oh and a very dodgy stove top toaster, when will someone invent one that works?
------------- Dance before the storm and don't look back to where you've been.
If you can keep your head when all around you are losing theirs, you obviously haven't grasped the gravity of the situation.
I don't want it I just need it.

Screw in pegs - got a bag of those 30 year old. Great things except on hard french pitches when a pilot hole is required!
Our Berlingo XTR is nearly 2 years old now & been a great campng car but with MTB race activities a Transit may be in order next year. The Berlingo will stay but the other car will go.
Pleased with our Camping Gaz Xcelerate 400 double burner, Aldi 2 way cool box & a fold up Quecha chair with mesh panelling. Our only purchases this year.
