can anyone recommend a sun canopy that fits into the awning rail i have been looking for a while but can't make my mind up which is best. i want one that just fits overhead i dont want one that comes over the side of the caravan

Hi, have you thought about a Fiamma caravan store canopy. these stay on the van and you can buy the sides and front to make a full awning. I had mine for 2 years and found it very sturdy, it has withstood strong gales and storms and is so easy to put up.

Another vote for the Isabella shadow. We have the 350 which is the full length of our little van. Ultra lightweight poles and waterproof. We use it with a wind break and a breathable awning carpet in preference to an awning and we can sit out of the breeze and use the Cadac under it safely.
