We have a Dometic fridge in our m/h which is a 3-way unit. No problems last time out but it's been a while due to illness.
When selecting any of the 3 options, despite the supply of electricity both 12v and 230v being there, the lights don't come on and the fridge doesn't work.
Has anyone had a similar problem or any ideas about the fault?

I have a Dometic rc2200 camping fridge which still gets hot at the back. It is not cooling at all - is there a simple reason coz it was new in April 2015 but I am now in Italy 😕

Are you running it on gas or electric hookup? Is it level? It needs to be level to work.
I have the same problem with a Sunncamp fridge I they work on the evaporative system (remember the big, old domestic gas fridge, or the Electrolux camping fridge that worked off LPG and you had to light a 'pilot'?)like those, they rely on a heating element to induce a convection current in the refrigerant.
this element has burned out. spare parts are not available.
If your fridge is still under warrenty, return it to the selling dealer and demand a replacement or a refund under the sale of goods act.
you are lucky - yours failed within the warrenty period- mine one month after.
