Hi

I'm fairly new to camping and was after some help. I've bought the Vango Beta 550x. Nice tent but we want to extend it. Can go have told me they don't make anything so inward wondering if anyone else has found a solution. A generic awning that fits maybe!?

All help and suggestions welcome, thanks in anticipation.

As it is a tunnel tent, any canopy or extension for a Vango tunnel tent should work, just check the relative heights of the front hoop of your tent and the height of the canopy, ( canopy should ideally be the same or slightly taller).

Thanks for reply, much appreciated. The only concern is that is is side opening only. No front door. Would it be the same principle though?

Yes, getting a reasonable match in height is what matters. Any porch extension usually has guy ropes and an extended skirt flap that makes the join to the tent. On some designs the guy ropes pull over the top of the tent so it can cause wear on the tent fabric if the porch is lower in height than the tent.
