Hi,
i am after some awning advice please.
We have a Swift Corvette 1991/92 model and the aawning rail is 834.
We have bought an Isabella 850 awning and it is massive on the van, we have tried a 775 awning and it was too small, so any ideals if a Dorema 850/875 would be far too big please?
Here (HOPEFULLY!!!) is a photo of the van with the Isabella 850 on it!

Can not view the picture, it is only available to a limited audience.

What you want is an Isabella 825 for an 834cm awning rail. 850 would be too big but not enormous. Check your A measurement first before you buy one. The dorema 850 to 875 is bigger than the Isabella you tried.

Have a look here. http://www.isabella.net/uk/support/search-on-a-measurement/search-results?fab=Swift&year=1992&page=2.        Isabella say your awning rail is 826cm and needs an 825cm awning.

For a licence dated 1997 or later you must add together the plated max weight of the caravan and trailer, if the total is 3500 or less you can tow it. You may even tow a caravan with a MAM greater than the cars unladen mass the restriction was removed in 2013

If you are quick and can persuade him to pack it for a carrier of your choice to collect this would be a perfect fit. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Full-Isabella-Caravan-Awning-/121760914984?hash=item1c59841e28

Why not get it altered to fit, will be much cheaper than selling this one and buying another. We recently had 65cms removed from our awning. Got varying quotes but the max was £180 which included courier both ways. Ring Tent Valeting Services in Bolton, or Burton Canvas Repair Centre, these are just 2 that I know of. We actually used a local tarpaulin/marquee maker.
