I had a couple of small chips on mine so I emailed them and added a couple of pictures. They replied very quickly, and sent me another one which I received within a week. They didn't even want the chipped one back.
An excellent customer service team.

As said v good customer service, strange about the rocking is it the legs or the whole unit is bent?

Just had a thought, the rocking on the legs could be caused by 1 or 2 little plastic bits missing from the bottom of the legs.
