Just wanted to ask if anyone else had been frustrated by faulty kit from this company? We just bought a porch awning and the brackets that extend the poles are poorly made - they break when we try to close them. Sunncamp started off well enough by sending a replacement, and then four more when that one broke. Then finally we had a call from a rude man telling us that surely they must work. So now we have a useless awning and a set of broken brackets. Next stop, citizen's advice bureau.
