Wouldn't work for me Daves1, as my straps wouldn't reach. Mind you, I don't have a problem anyway.
Out of interest I took a look at that link to Milenco, and I didn't like the look of the tear-drop shaped clamp-on mirrors as I like a good sized mirror. Must be my days as a bus & coach driver! There are some Milenco mirrors on their website however, that look just like mine but mine are a different make. Milenco call them "safety towing mirrors".
I can see why some people may not get on with strap on mirrors. They look a bit dodgy in that main picture, as if they could slide off! The top and bottom of my car's mirrors are virtually parallel, so they stay firmly on.
Only ever had Grand Aeros but both flat & convex glass and I think they are fantastic, if you loose or damage a part it can be bought separately too. Not cheap but you get what you pay for.

I use strap on mirrors and have two small adaptions that make them really good.
I bought a two Velcro straps at B&Q and once the mirror is in place I put one of those tightly round the car mirrir, that stops the wind moving the extension mirror (I do tend to drive at about 60mph when I can).
On my Tiguan the mirror still moved slightly so I put a self tapping screw into the car mirror surround, this is really good as it means I always fit the extension mirror in exactly the same spot with the edge of the clip behind the screw, no more adjusting needed
------------- We camped for years. In 2019 we bought an Elddis Avante 454. We like it as it is short (6.9m) and fits in our driveway and has a fixed bed.
We had 127 nights away in the caravan in 2023.
