We bought the Kampa Air Fiesta Pro last year.
I liked the shape of the Fiesta, not a sloping roof like the Rally, the Pro has really good quality material too.
We pitched in South Wales, and the second night was the most horrendous storm. Our daughter was in her bed in the Kampa bedroom annexe, she said the girl in the next door awning ran into their van halfway through the night crying!
I did get up to check and our awning was moving in the wind, but next morning all was well and DD was fast asleep.
Some awnings and windbreaks didn't last the night.
We did use the additional storm straps having seen the forecast, but honestly the awning was brilliant.
And believe me it was one hell of a storm!!
Plus it's so east to inflate, deflate and pack away, and I can carry it without having to ask hubby to help.
I love my awning x

Im a bit undecided here, we are about to buy a new Kampa Air 390, mainly because my husband is starting to find putting our conventional awning up a bit of a struggle. We already own a couple of Kampa rally poled awnings, a 390 and a 260, the new awning needs to be fairly easy to thread through the channel, so we are wondering if we would be better with the 2016 Kampa 390 Air, rather than the heavier Pro version. We use our caravan from March to October, so dont need an all seasons awning.
I also like the traditional blinds rather than the white curtains of the Pro.
So, if we buy the basic 390 Air, plus the Electric pump, what other features other than the thicker fabric and the roof windows would we be missing out on?

I haven't seen a 2016 air, not pro, but the 2014 air had a step over door whereas the 2014 pro only has a strap across the door to keep the shape.
