Hello, just wondered if sites who insist on breathable groundsheets would be happy with the Aldi perforated floor mats?
Many thanks for any advice/opinions
We use them on various sites with no problems, although once they have been laid a few days, you can see the difference in the grass, green where the holes are and yellow where they are solid,we use them outside the awning as a pathway if the pitch is wet/muddy,to save carrying wet grass/mud inside,or inside on a gravel hard standing, best advice is to ask the site owner if they have any objection,I have to say they are a godsend on the gravel hard standings
If you have a groundsheet the grass cannot breathe, whereas a breathable ground sheet will allow air to circulate. Some sites insist on breathable groundsheets in awnings but obviously with a SIG/ZIG their is no allowance for air and the grass turns a funny yellow.
The squares are ideal for outside the tent (we use as a mat ) and take our boots off there before we enter the tent which in turn keeps the tent floor clean.
Most,in fact if not all sites, would prefer you to use these.

Hi
Brought mine from Seaflo Caravan accessories on Ebay. If you live close to Oldhill, Halesowen in West Midlands they have a very big warehouse where the cost is cheaper than Ebay if brought over the counter you save on postage.
They are excellent quality a little thicker than Aldi ones. They come in packs of 6 as well and storage bag if you look at deals.
