Hi everyone hope you are well, need some advice turned up on site this afternoon filled water but put pump inside plugged it in. turned on the switch open the tap and nothing happened it keeps blowing fuses on the 10 amp red please can you tell me do I need a new pump or can you fix them

Can you look inside the inlet to see if the rotor turns or perhaps it is jammed with something?

As above, Unplug the pump, look at the bottom of the pump and remove the small plastic filter if it has one.
you will then see a hole with a little star wheel that spins to pump the water.
find something small enough to manualy turn this starwheel,if it will turn keep doing it for a min or so then plug it back in and try it

Thank you for your idea as it did work but then it overheated and blew a fuse again, I am sure this is due to me letting it run dry a couple of times last year. It did not seem to have enough pressure to fill the hot water tank before it overheated and you can hear it going fast then slow, think it is struggling think I need a new one thank you anyway for your advice very helpful🙋

No problem, but it looks like bad news, sounds like it's had it and you may well be right about it being damaged by running dry.

I wired a 12 volt flashing LED into my pump circuit to notify me that the water container needs refilling. Cheap fix.
