Only time will tell with regard to the longevity of these silicon bowls, however, IMHO, silicon is a lot more resilient to disintegration than PVC.

We had one from B&M it's great except it takes up half the cupboard even when folded! We have since found one of these sunncamp bowls which take up much less space.
We also have the collapsible washing up bowl. It's great and I'd highly recommend it. We also have the kettle and will probably add the colander at some point.

I bought a cheap collapsible colander a couple of years ago, it didn't last 1 use before it split. I went for an Outwell one and had it a year. Wonderful thing.
