Hi everyone, can I run an idea past you and ask for your thoughts, suggestions etc.
I have a small Bailey caravan. The fridge is a pain to light, once lit no problem...unless the gas runs out.
I have two calor dumpy propane cylinders in the front locker of caravan.
In the past I have had one connected until it run out,
then I connect the reserve bottle up,
( which means the fridge has to be relit...Arrrrgh!)
So, my plan is to buy a couple of regulators with guages fitted so I can keep my eye on contents.
I intend to connect both bottles using an approved y fitting, with both bottle taps open, Then in each hose coming off the bottles I want to fit an isolating tap so if one runs out, I can isolate it and change the bottle without interupting the gas flow from the other bottle if this make sense?? Phew!...thoughts please!
------------- Gerrrraway den!
