I use Howard Leight Quiet Uncorded earplugs:

I take the blue rods out though, as they can be a bit uncomfortable for sleeping, being quite hard.

I bought a sample pack from amazon with about 11 different pairs and found Moldex 7800 spark plug earplugs suit me. Husband turned in to a champion snorer after whooping cough a couple of years ago

Another vote for Boots Muffles wax earplugs. Your body heat moulds them to your ear canal. Have used them for years.
