Hi, The first time we used ours all the beams inflated but after I had turned the valves off inside in order to isolate each beam, two of the beams started to deflate very slowly. After informing the shop and acting on their instruction I removed the outer cover sleeve on the beam to find a tiny hole in the actual clear plastic beam. I repaired it with an air bed repair patch super glued on. That seams to have done the trick. I have been given two replacement tubes by the shop we purchased it from just in case. Which model have you got?
Ours is the Vermont 7sa.
