I would use any 12v 500mA charger. I would keep it less than 1amp anyway to help the battery live longer. They dont like fast charges.
Considered a small car battery instead? At least 5x the power output, more forgiving to charge, any cheap 5A ish charger will work and only cost a small amount more than the SLA battery.
Seems your airpump can draw upto 20Amps so a little 7A will last 20 minutes if your lucky. Why not get a mains powered pump? You will need mains to recharge your battery anyway.
Just some options to consider.
