Kampa Croyde 8 has an optional 2 berth pod that can be used at one end of the tent.
We have a Sunncamp Shadow 800 which has an option to leave out one or both of the 2 berth sleeping pods at one side, leaving the 4 berth (dividable) pod for sleeping in, it really is huge and plenty of room for lots of people to sleep. Thinking about it, you could also leave out the large dividable bedroom pod and have the two separate 2 berth pods up as well!
Even with all the pods in use, the living area is large and plenty big enough for the number of people that it potentially sleeps.
