Hi we use an easycamp sarin stand for our oven, just fits on the lower shelf top of oven is just above top of unit. You can clip the top shelf behind the oven as extra support / shielding. Works well for us.
It is a great stove and has seen us through many holidays. It lacks a grill, but then we picked up a cheap toaster and in France who eats toast in the mornings?
The oven gets really hot and even with the gas on low you might need to open the oven door to regulate it.
The only problem we have experienced is one of the tap handles has spilt. So we alternate them. I keep it clean and it is as good as new.
I can see why you need a trailer, Rhj296 (not a criticism, just an observation and realisation that we've also been there, done that!).
We're trying to scale things down a bit now. Mostly because it used to take us about 3 days to set up and the prospect of packing it all up again to leave induced suicidal thoughts!
The trailer is choc a block. We also now set up for the duration. It is too much grief to tear down, pack, travel and set up again. Usually all in one day. I have a preference for solid reliable kit, rather than flimsy lightvweight stuff.
