Checkout the reviews on youtube. Some are grossly overrated from their actual specs.

I keep a clarke jump pack in the car and even though its now 10 years old and i have not charged it for almost 4 months it still managed to start someones jaguar yesterday.

Unsure if i would leave a lithium pack in the car though. They can fail and who knows what the battery quality is like in those devices. Even major phone companies get dodgy lithium batteries.
