I have a oldish type of Mover and one of the motors have packed up, does anyone have any suggestions where i can buy one or get one. All i have to go on is that it is a type 63/50-nc12-GMB-50, Class F rating with EMD at the top of the label.

EMD is the motor manufacturer and several mover companies such as Trauma Reich and Rhyno, i think you will find have used them.So any are worth trying.

Any brand on the handset or control box?

What is actually wrong with it?

Does the motor attempt to turn when not enagaged and no load?

Tried wiring the motor directlt to the battery? Does the other motor work properly?

The other Motor works fine so wired the one that dont work to its cables and still not working, no not checked the handset or the control box for some ID but will do once home. Thanks for your help.

Also when i changed the good motor cables to the motor that isnt working, it still would not work but the good motor did, so i know the cabling is fine i just think my motor has died.

Not necessarily so,,,I had a similar problem which turned out to be one of the relays on the control box

Yes I did wonder that but would that not show up on the control panel with flashing lights, thanks for your help billy. Keep them coming because if I got a new motor its sod law it will be the control panel that's at fault.

All depends on if the unit is lighting up properly , as i said speak to Richard he's a very nice, knowledgable bloke

Wire the motor directly to a battery. If it turns then it maybe just a relay in the control box.
