We got a 2016 model Lunar and found some eedjut had put the gas bottle retainers in the middle of front locker rendering it useless for anything but the gas bottles. I simply moved one of them to as close to the lhs as possible without fouling the stru and bob's your uncle waste now fits!
------------- Best Regards
David

Thanks Marg,
We are concerned that they would damage the shower cubicle during travel
Ours have travelled in the shower cubicle, but this year there has been damage done to the shower door, think it's been the handle off the water carrier. It's still waterproof and we're not going to repair it yet. As the barrels still travel in there feel it will be pointless.

We went through this palaver of putting the AR and WM in bags and squeezing them in the shower for a long time. Its ok at first but becomes a pain. Its much preferable to keep potentially wet/muddy items outside the van, and there's always some risk of damage in the process, and adds to the packing up time.
As an aside if you use bags, have you ever weighed them? You might be surprised what bags can add up to, when you include the awning bag, and perhaps a portable sat dish bag and so on..
I was looking at Swift and Bailey, and Swift won out for this very reason.
I think an underslung portable waste and fresh tanks is a brilliant idea. I've thought about it a few times, but I suspect it would have be designed in from scratch because of the chassis.

I think making something to hold the wastemaster under the chassis would be possible in the same way as the spare wheel carrier.
If it was positioned just behind or in front of the axle, it should not have any detriment to the ground clearance.
