Far more choice than going to one shop, and you can easily compare zips & fabric etc. between the different makes. Even if you then decide to buy online - yes there are "show offers" but not on everything.
PS go to the awning section first. Otherwise you may well get distracted and find yourself wasting precious time & energy peeking into motorhomes or log cabins or looking at all the boots.
We got a Cadac last year at the NEC for a lot less than in store or on line.
I would suggest that you do your homework and find out what the prices are online and in stores before you go, so that you have something to compare with at the show. Lugging stuff from the show to the car park, especially if it is raining, if you can get it cheaper delivered is only really for the terminally enthusiastic. Though it was interesting last year to watch a gentleman try to carry both a waste hog and a water barrel, in their boxes, rather than leave the boxes behind and wheel them.

Perhaps he didn't want them to get wet or dirty!
Anyone else buying larger items - don't forget the shuttle bus might be quicker and, as stated on the Show's website "...there will be no need to hold back on your purchases as you can leave all your bags in the secure ‘Shop and Drop’ zone and collect them at the end of the day."
