Hi guys, can anybody recommend any good bright lights for the main living area of our Outwell Montana 6?

We have a plug in light for when the site has EHU but for short weekends without electric, looking for something bright enough thats battery powered.

You need an led lantern. Here. I've had one of these for a couple of yrs now.

Try Luminoodles. They are brilliant. Get them off Amazon. Yes, they are expensive, but I wasted so much many over the years buying rubbish camping lights.

I second the suboos as recommended by sleeper. We have one for the main living area and one for the kitchen. It is quite a harsh light and does make my eyes go funny if we move quickly but good battery lif, can charge in the car and useful to hang various places. Small and compact too. I've even got one for the shed now.
