We have used second hand Isabella awnings before with no problems, but last year we went all out with our new van and purchased the 2016 Isabella Insignia Commodore (the 3 meter wide one) and it leaked in the roof panel within a few months. I Sent it back to Isabella and they renewed one of the roof panels. This was a poor repair and the wrong panel was replaced when we put it up Wednesday 08-03.
Two of the poles have lost the springs that hold the double poles together and the press stud that locks into the poles has broke on another.
I feel this is inferior quality for the most expensive Awning on the market. Has anyone else suffered any problems with their Isabella awning?
Please let me know as we are so disappointed.

Did you buy this through a dealer. If you did I would take it back to them and ask if they can sort this out for you. I had to return a magnum porch . My dealer did this for me. There was no problem .
Also have you e mailed issabella and told them . I thought they were very good .sorting out any problems .
If not I think if possible trying to phone them .

Hello, thank you for the reply, yes purchased from a dealer and I have contacted the dealer and sent pictures of awning faults, but not isabella direct, it may be worth contacting them.
I am waiting for the dealer to get back in touch with the reply.

I've contacted Isabella HQ before and they are very helpful. Based in Thame if you're passing you can pop in, get a repair whilst having a cuppa like i did

I contacted Isabella direct and they were brilliant. They gave me a full replacement without any questions and included extras. I am very pleased with the outcome and the after sales service from Isabella.
